Hatha Yoga
In Hatha we move the energy and open the body slowly and gently, while focusing on your breath, the postures are held for longer allowing the body to release and stretch. I work on releasing tension in your hips, shoulders and back while working on strengthening and flexibility. My aim is for you to explore and observe your own body while concentrating the mind. Hatha yoga is ideal for beginners or people that hold anxiety.
