This is for you the individual and if you are reading this then you obviously are thinking about having some 1:1.
My focus will be for you to achieve your goal whether it be weight loss, strength, flexibility, core training, alignment or recovering from an injury.
You are the person that matters the most and whatever your requirements then I am here to listen and help you achieve that.
