I will be running another Workshop, date to be confirmed, together with Kim Willis, Sports Therapist from the Sussex Injury Clinic and Physiotherapist to Sally Gunnell during her athletic career.
The workshop will be held in the beautiful Southdowns National Park at the Westmeston Parish Hall between Ditchling and Plumpton College, no more than 20mins from Brighton.
